Commissioner Schulte announced that the Board was going into Executive Session at 3:16 pm for 30
minutes under RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) to review the performance of a public employee.
The Board came out of Executive Session at 3:46 pm with no decisions being made.
Meeting adjourned at 4:00 pm
