Present: Commissioners Fund, Stamper and Schulte, Danette York, Glenn Carter, Eric Eisenberg, Brian
Cameron, Suzette Smith and Arny Davis

Danette gave a brief background on how the GRBHO came about. The physical location of the will be
Chehalis, WA. The GRBHO needs to have a Treasurer manage the funding. It is recommended that the
County where the GRBHO is located be the Treasurer.
Arny noted that his office will have staff time in the transactions. Brian noted that the approval process
will go through the RSN. They will be using the Treasurer’s Office like a bank. He will look into this
before he comes up with a fee.
The group left except Glenn and Eric. They stayed to discuss the proposed interlocal with LCWD No. 2.
Glenn does not feel passing this interlocal is a good idea.
Commissioner Stamper will talk to the LCWD No. 2 and let them know this item should be pulled from
their agenda.
