Attendees: Commissioner Stamper, Commissioner Schulte, Commissioner Fund,
Paulette Young. Archie Smith, Daleyn Coleman and David Fine

1. Accident Prevention Program - Hazcom Draft is done and risk will be
distributing the policy to ESC in the next couple of weeks, to receive
comments/suggestions
2. Drug and Alcohol Policy Update – no update
3. New Tort Claims –
a. Joyce Fink – Paid $771.50 for repairs to her vehicle after we
rear ended her in a collision
b. Michael Christin – Not ours, attorney should have filed with
WF West – Claimant attorney was notified
c. David Young – Claims property damage to his property
because we failed to clean out a culvert by his house – claims
$1,800.00 (at this time), we have an independent adjuster
working on this claim
d. Thomas Senn- Claiming windshield damage when a sander,
sprayed his vehicle. We will be paying $326.96.
e. Forrest Amos – Claiming 1,500,000.00 for invasion of attorney
client privilege. – No decisions were made/discussion only
4. Area 7 fire update – We will be collecting $11,247.35. This will be the
last of the monies collected under insurance.
5. Clark County vs. WCRP update – Paulette will bring further
information to the BOCC as she gets it.
