Community Development
Lee reported that the Planning Commission went well this week.
Health
The ATOD and Disability Advisory Board will be disbanding. They will be created one Social Services
Board that will cover all of the programs. The 28 of January is the last ATOD Meeting, April asked if the
Commissioners would be available to hand out certificates.
Budget
The last 2015 Budget Amendment will be January 25th.
IT Department
Steve reported on the LINX conversion.
HR and Risk
Archie discussed the FMLA policy and getting all departments on the same track. There was discussion
on how this policy should be handled. There will be a team put together to discuss how to handle FMLA
situations.
Risk
Paulette discussed the use of employees using their own vehicles to run county business. If something
happens while running these errands, the employees insurance is the primary insurance if something
happens. She also asked that mileage expenses be put into the budget for employees.
