Present: Commissioners Stamper, Fund and Schulte, Glenn Carter, David Fine, and Michael Strozyk

Glenn reported that the PA’s Office provided a termination notice for Michael Strozyk and Craig Larsen.
In Michael’s contract it is written in for 3 months severance pay.
Commissioner Fund made a motion to terminate the employment of Michael Strozyk effective 30 days
from today and without cause, that Mr. Strozyk be placed on paid administrative leave effective
immediately, and that the County offers a severance agreement to Mr. Strozyk in the form drafted by
counsel.
Commissioner Stamper 2nd the motion.
Motion carried 3-0.
Michael Strozyk came into the meeting and Chair Schulte let Mr. Strozyk know of the Commissioners
decision. Glenn Carter went over the terms of the severance agreement.
Commissioner Fund moved to terminate the employment with the 911 Manager Craig Larsen effective
immediately and without cause, and the County offer a severance agreement to Mr. Larsen in the form
drafted by counsel. . Commissioner Stamper seconded the motion.
Motion carried 3-0.
Chair Schulte called Mr. Larsen to come to the meeting. Steve Walton was also present.
Commissioner Fund made a motion to move Steve Walton into the interim Central Services Director.
Commissioner Stamper seconded the motion.
Motion carried 3-0.
Commissioner Schulte let Mr. Larsen know that his employment will be terminated immediately. Glenn
Carter went over the agreement with Mr. Larsen. Steve Walton went up with Mr. Larsen to retrieve his
belongings.
There was discussion on how to handle the Fair Manager position. The Commissioners will talk to Steve
Walton about this decision and David Fine will go with him to the meeting.
Glenn Carter discussed the CWOG with the Commissioners. He continues to work on this agreement
with Bill Fashing.
Meeting ended at 8:55 am.
