SIGNIFICANT ISSUES
1. Pieces Family Trust (Bonagofski) 1303 W. Reynolds Ave, Centralia (DISTRICT 1) –
To the Prosecutor’s Office
2. Deck, Leilani (Mossyrock bridge) 0 US Hwy 12, Mossyrock (DISTRICT 3) – Verified
occupation of multiple recreational vehicles and unpermitted development of the site. A
Notice of Violation has been sent to the property owner.
3. Compher, William (Compher Tree House) 0 Skate Creek Rd., Ashford (DISTRICT 3)
Community Development and Health Dept. staff will be meeting with Mr. Compher at the
Kresky Office February 4th to discuss compliance.
4. Askin Land Co. (Country n’ Lace Event Ctr) 757 Spencer Rd., Toledo (DISTRICT 3)
No attempt by property owners to submit plans, apply for permits or start compliance efforts
even as they advertise for future bookings. Considering issuance of official Notice of
Violation.
5. Fire Mountain Farms, 349 State Route 508, Chehalis (DISTRICT 3) Update on lagoon
status and recent orders from Ecology
6. Norris, Bruce and Nichols, Delbert, 242 US Hwy 12, Chehalis (DISTRICT 2) Updated
information on this ongoing dispute and recent allegations.
