MSP to move one Notice Item 11 Consent Item and 3 Hearings to the January 25, 2016 BOCC Business
Meeting.
There was discussion on the Benaroya Hearing that will be held and if that hearing will be held or not.
Motion carried 3-0.
Roundtable
Steve Mansfield reported that there was not enough damage state wide in for the December storm
from FEMA. Cowlitz County did receive some funding and citizens from Lewis County may attend this
meeting and may receive some relief from FEMA. Commissioner Schulte asked that Steve talk with the
Morton Journal to do a story so the word will get out to East Lewis County residents.
Lee Napier reported on the free Toledo Complete Streets Program (sidewalks, connecting communities)
class. Fred Evander will be attending this training.
Tim Elsea presented the draft Vader Water plan. It was well received.
Steve Walton thanked everyone for their support.
Steve Wohld reported on updates the IT Department is working on.
Sheila Gray reported that the WSU and Weed Department is working on an Agricultural weather station
to be installed in Lewis County.
Commissioner Stamper reported that last Friday he attended a Pac Mt. Meeting and there is a large
amount of funding and he attended a breakout session regarding this source.
Karri gave an update on a PDR that was received regarding Steve Mansfield.
Karri gave an update on Packetwriter and there will be a new version coming out.
