MSP to move three notice items, six consent items and two hearings to the February 1, 2016.
Motion carried 3-0.
Roundtable
North County Access Steering Committee meeting will be held tomorrow January 28, 2016.
Health
Homeless Connect is starting at 10:00 am at the SWW Fairgrounds on January 28, 2016.
There was a discussion on how much time is spent on PDR’s in various offices.
Central Services
The new Fair manager is Lee Coumbs. HR is working on recruiting for a permanent Fair Manager.
The 911 Server Migration went very well.
The report on the elevator is swapping out the control panel, brains behind the elevator. This is the last
step before purchasing a new elevator. If this doesn’t work it will take 4-6 weeks to have a new elevator
installed.
The punchlist for the Area 7 shop will be looked at today.
Steve Walton gave an update on Codered and the upgrade process. If there are any suggestions or
comments, Steve Mansfield has asked that you get ahold of him.
Fiscal
Carma reported that her team is helping out at the Fair.
Human Resources
Working on 2016 openers on bargaining agreements.
WSU
The first Discoverlewiscounty/WSU workshop went well.
Commissioner Fund reported that she is attending the Morton Chamber and will be bringing a list of
what is happening in East Lewis County. She asked if anything else she can mention at the meeting.
Karri reported on a PDR software program and discussed what is happening.
Meeting ended at 9:55 am.
The group left and Danette and Archie stayed to talk to the Board.
Archie discussed a Prothman search will cost about $18,000 for the Fair Manager. He will get more
information and bring back to the BOCC.
