Mike discussed the modified environmental assessment (EA) that was released in January 2016. It is very
detailed in scope. It is now released for public comment from the Bureau of Land Management. Ascot
Mining is very pleased with the EA. He asked if the BOCC would write a letter of support on the EA.
The BOCC will put together a letter of support and send it to the Bureau of Land Management.
