Matt noted that Benaroya thanked the Commissioners for passing the agreement last week.
Matt discussed the Economic Development Administrations about Economic Development District. He
feels LC should stay at the table with the current EDD. Matt discussed his conversation with the EDA. He
will set up a meeting with them to discuss the CWOG. Matt suggested that the EDA meet with the BOCC
to discuss options. .It was also suggested that the Commissioners from Cowlitz, Lewis and council should
meet to discuss the future of the CWOG. Glenn does not think this is a good idea and suggested meeting
with the EDA.
Matt reported on permitting interviews. He is finding out that the response is based on the person on
the other side of the counter. They would like see where their permits are on line.
Matt discussed meetings with the two ports, and IPAT and if the permitting discussion is done, they
would like it to be done by a third party.
.09 Appointments will be handled on February 8, 2016 at the BOCC Business Meeting.
There was discussion regarding the Pac Mt. Board and where the funding is being spent.
