Present: Commissioner Fund, Schulte, and Stamper, Jonathan Meyer, Eric Eisenberg, Glenn Carter and
David Fine

Jonathan discussed the shared public records officer position. His office and the Sheriff’s Office have
been getting inundated with records. They would like to hire a person to share. It would not take extra
funding out of their departments. The position will be housed in the Prosecutor’s Office that way
attorneys will be on site to assist as needed. This position would go through the salary process.
There was discussion on how the county should handle PDR’s as a whole.
TRSN
Glenn discussed a draft interlocal that terminates TRSN. Glenn will be drafting the agreement.
Ayahuasca Healings
Eric stated this is an organization that has rented 160 acres near Mineral, WA. They wrote a letter and
they would like to practice their religion which includes using controlled substances. Eric noted that we
should work with them on permitting and zoning issues.
The Board went into Executive Session at 2:27 pm under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) regarding pending
litigation for 15 minutes.
