Steve discussed a resolution that needs to be added to the BOCC Business Meeting. The E911 new
phone system was purchased on a reimbursable basis. The other part is the fund balance is not enough
to cover the phone system or the first couple of months because revenue has not come in for the first
quarter. The request is for a cash flow loan until revenues start coming in and reimbursement comes in
for the phone system.
MSP to move this resolution forward to the BOCC Business meeting.
There was discussion on how E911 will be funded in the future.
Motion carried 3-0.
Morton District Court
There was discussion on the Morton District Court and what the Commissioners are thinking about
doing.
Tax Levy Letter
Commissioner Fund discussed the Tax Levy letter that Dianne Dorey brought over. The Commissioners
do not need to sign the letter. It is for their records and was given to the Budget Department.
