Founded in 2010, we have been involved in digital media production for businesses, non- profits, real estate, weddings, as well as other narrative and photography projects. Our clients have Included Northwest Helicopters (http://bit.ly/1 PJn8ts), eGarage (http://bit.ly/ 1 PJoDaU), Hartley Jewelers (http://bit.ly/1 RDBkdq), Lewis County (http://bit.ly/1 ICIv7w), and many others. DonVintage has produced top tier video production for companies all over the Pacific North$ west and beyond. We have access to leading edge camera gear including gyro stabilized stedi-camera, remote control quad-copters with gyro stabilized cameras attached, 4k cam- eras, lenses, sound equipment, computers and editing suites. However the gear is out shined by the creative, moving, and professional productions that DonVintage has become known for. As you know we have worked with Lewis County for some time now on different types of video production contracts, and we look forward to potentially continuing to do so. Thank you for giving DonVintage the opportunity, Isaac Freeman RonVintago Firms Experiences working with County or other Government agencies. DonVintage has worked with Government agencies in different capacities over the past few years. We have voluntarily produced video records of local city council meetings for both Centralia and Chehalis, as well as the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners. Both cities now have taken it upon themselves to produce that content for the public. Currently, DonVintage has been under a contract to produce videos of the Board of County Commissioners for over two years. Lastly we have produced a number of videos for the Lewis Counties "Discover Lewis County". All of these experiences have been pleasant and professional. List of accounts lost of failed to renew within the last 24 months - None All companies acquired within the last 5 years - None Statement of qualifications DonVintage has been producing videos for over 5 years with clients ranging from fortune 500 companies, tech start ups, churches, to weddings and government entities. We have had success In promoting businesses such as Tagboard with our video featuring the Seattle Mariners and their use of social media. The video Tagboard accredits with getting them other major football team contracts. We have also been hired to tell stories by eGarage; stories that have opened doors for them to grow their business. I also have produced videos for Lewis County, my home county; both for documentation of their County Commissioners meetings, but also for promotion of tourism in the county through DiscoverLewisCounty.com. Scope of work and project proposal See "Scope of Services" listed below Examples of similar projects DonVintage has produced projects for Hartley Jewelers that are similar in that each video covered a different aspect of what services they provide for their customers. Like this potential contracts looks to have videos that feature what the different areas of the county have to offer, We have also produced videos for Hagerty Insurance that bring out the personal story, one that the majority of people can relate to, much like this potential contract seeks to connect with a broad group of people. Scope of Services Detailed Implementation Plan that identifies the major areas of work. First invested parties would work to build a video release schedule for all of the seven videos. Once the release dates have been figured out, first draft, second draft and final draft dates will be set for each of the seven videos. Prior to shooting concepts will be created for each of the seven videos. Once all dates and concepts have been determined for the videos shooting will commence for the video with the earliest release date. As shooting for the first is completed, shooting for the second will begin, and so on. Also, once the first video is done being shot, editing for the first will begin. Once editing is completed for the first, editing on the second video will begin, and so on. The 30 second and 15 second ad will be edited once all shooting is completed and will utilize video footage from the four region videos. The landing page video will also contain footage from the 4 region videos and will be composed once all shooting is completed. Estimated Proposed Implementation Schedule The first step DonVintage would take in our implementation schedule would be to meet with the parties Invested in the project to create the video release schedule. I would plan to have this done within the first week of the contract. Once the dates are determined I would determined draft due dates with the invested parties. I would anticipate the four region videos to be released one every three months; with the ads and landing page video being completed the same time as the final region video. This schedule Is purely illustrative, the plan created by the invested parties will potentially overwrite this implementation schedule. Estimated cost for Filming, Editing, Review, Final Edits, Travel Costs, etc. The estimated cost for filming, editing, review, and final edits are anticipated to range between $15,000 and $20,000. Travel costs would be reimbursed at the standard mileage rate of $0.54/ mile. Equipment Needs .
