Christina Sanders introduced herself and provided brief updates on local WSU services. Christina said
the Master Gardner’s program has held seed-saving workshops and also focuses on recycling and
composting. She said WSU will help with the recycling of Christmas trees and Christmas lights in January.
Christina said Julie Pirtle oversees WSU’s 4-H services. She noted that Kayla Wells-Yoakum is the new
statewide 4-H director.
