Executive session: At 9:01 a.m., Commissioner Brummer announced that the Board would be going into
executive session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) until 9:08 a.m. to discuss Napavine boundary line
adjustment / Breen Acres.
At 9:08 a.m., Commissioner Brummer extended executive session until 9:11 a.m.
At 9:11 a.m., Commissioner Brummer extended executive session until 9:13 a.m.
Executive session ended at 9:13 a.m. Commissioner Brummer noted that no decisions had been made.
Hearing room blinds: Alex Murray provided an overview of options for replacing the hearing room
blinds as well as other slat-style blinds in the remainder of the Historic Courthouse. The commissioners
said they will further discuss the topic Jan. 5.
Inclement weather: No updates.
Timberland Regional Library Board of Trustees vacancy: The commissioners discussed Hal Blanton’s
potential reappointment. They directed staff to advertise the position. The commissioners said they will
further discuss the topic Jan. 5.
Vacancy applications: Rieva Lester said the county received three applications for the Dangerous Animal
Designation (DAD) Board. The commissioners said they will further discuss the vacancy Dec. 31.
