Public comment: None.
Agenda change: Commissioner Brummer made a motion to add to the agenda for the Jan. 6, 2026,
BOCC Business Meeting Resolution 26-003: Request for qualifications (RFQ) for engineering and design
services for “Friendlyville Accessibility and Improvements” project at the Southwest Washington
Fairgrounds. Commissioner Swope seconded. Motion passed 3-0.
Coordinated Entry RFP recommendation: John Abplanalp and Caroline Garibay reviewed the application
process for the Coordinated Entry provider. Caroline said the panel recommends the county contract
with Destination Hope and Recovery, which scored the highest by far. Commissioner Brummer made a
motion to direct staff to move forward with a Coordinated Entry contract with Destination Hope and
Recovery. Commissioner Swope seconded. Motion passed 3-0.
Becky Butler said the county’s tax collection appears to have been better than feared.
