WHEREAS, Resolution 17 -153 established the Lewis County Public Health & Social
Services (PHSS) Advisory Board
WHEREAS, membership on the Advisory Board shall be now comprised of ten members.
With the expiration of three members' terms on December 31, 2021, Captain Christopher Tawes,
Jami Lund, and Lorrie Davis have expressed an interest in being reappointed to serve on the
Lewis County PHSS Advisory Board effective January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024
WHEREAS, the Board needs members to fill these positions which will leave one vacant
position which is currently being advertised to fill
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of Health recommends the above individuals to be
reappointed to the Public Health and Social Services Advisory Board
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Lewis County Board of Health that Captain
Christopher Tawes, Jami Lund, and Lorrie Davis be reappointed to the Public Health and Social
Services Advisory Board from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2024 leaving one vacant
position which is currently being advertised to fill.
