Board )
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) recently transferred
oversight of the Lewis County Public Health & Social Services (PHSS) Advisory Board to the
Lewis County Board of Health (BOH) per resolution 22 -085; and
WHEREAS, the BOH wishes to establish membership of the Lewis County Public Health &
Social Services (PHSS) Advisory Board to include the following 11 appointees:

WHEREAS, the PHSS Advisory Board has recommended Jami Lund to serve as the board Chair
and Becky Rieger to serve as the board Co -Chair until December 31, 2022; and
WHEREAS, per the Advisory Board bylaws, members shall serve staggered three (3) year terms
and be reappointed by the BOH when vacancies occur; and
WHEREAS, per the Advisory Board bylaws, unexcused absences from three consecutive regular
meetings, or assigned committee meetings, shall constitute cause for the Advisory Board to
recommend replacement of the member to the BOH for further action; and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Lewis County BOH hereby appoints to the Lewis
County Public Health & Social Services (PHSS) Advisory Board the following individuals for the
