for Eshom Road, Centralia, WA } RESOLUTION NO. 15-00
WHEREAS, property owners Kyle and Marina Nelson have applied to the City of
Centralia (City) to subdivide property within the City's Urban Growth Area with frontage on Eshom
County Road; and
WHEREAS, as a condition of development the City has required the property
owners to deed the following described additional right of way for Eshom Road to the County:
The West 30 feet of Lot 1 of Amended Short Plat No. SP 98-0008, recorded under
Auditor's File Number 3406885, in Section 1, Township 14 North, Range 3 West,
W.M.; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to accept the Quit Claim
Deed of additional right of way for Eshom Road.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Quit Claim Deed is hereby
accepted adding additional right of way into the county road system as part of Eshom Road.
