NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Auction of Surplus County Property for items declared
surplus will be held at 8:00 AM, May 17, 2016, at Ritchie Brothers Auction, 104 Avery Road W.,
Chehalis, WA 98532. Items may be previewed Monday thru Friday beginning May 7, 2016
from 8:00 AM—5:00 PM.
All surplus items will be sold as is—where is to the highest bidder. Lewis County does not
guarantee or warranty any of the items condition or quality. Washington State sales tax is
applicable. A complete list of surplus items is available from the Lewis County Department of
Public Works, Fleet Services Division: 476 W. Main St., Chehalis, WA 98532 and at
www.lewiscountywa.gov.
Lewis County reserves the right to withdraw any item being offered at any time.
