EXTRA HELP )
RESOLUTION NO 19- o19
WHEREAS, the BOCC established compensation for Extra Help employees on the Lewis
County Salary Grid (13 Step M Grid), and
WHEREAS the Lewis County Salary Grid places all casual employees in one salary
classification and
WHEREAS, that some casual positions at times will require pay above the casual classification
pay scale, and
WHEREAS, the Treasurer's office is requesting that a deputy treasurer be placed on the New
Salary Grid (13 Step M Grid), and
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the BOCC that the extra help deputy treasurer be
placed at Grade 16 on the Lewis County Salary Grid (13 Step M Grid)

Due to the workload caused by the implementation of MUNIS,the Treasurer's office is requesting a casual
deputy treasurer The Lewis County Salary Grid(13 Step M Gnd)maximum pay for a casual employee would
not be competitive to hire a skilled deputy treasurer. The Treasurer is requesting the Deputy Treasurer be placed
at Grade 16 on the Lewis County Salary Grid(13 Step M Grid)
