Enterprises
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), Lewis County,
Washington, has reviewed contract amendment#R01-0008-19-C between Lewis
County and Reliable Enterprises for the period of January 1, 2018 through December
31, 2019, AND,
WHEREAS, additional funding of $14,600 from Document Recording Fee funds
(2163) for case management and landlord outreach services to homeless and at-risk
persons in Lewis County increases the total amount to $163,818, AND,
WHEREAS, the agreement is effective January 1, 2018 through December 31,
2019, AND,
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution
of said contract for Lewis County,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that contract amendment#R01-0008-
19-C between Lewis County and Reliable Enterprises for $14,600 from January 1, 2018
through December 31, 2019 is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health &
Social Services is authorized to sign the same

Purpose
The purpose of this amendment is to

• Add to the scope of work
It is mutual agreed therefore that the original contract#R01-0008-18 is hereby amended as
