Fair Management Report Tamara provided a building improvement list and a list of needed repairs for the group to review. Overview of Fairground Facilities Tamara Hayes guided the group though the Fairground and inspected the individual buildings and discussed the needed improvements around the Fairgrounds as well as all the improvements already made to several buildings and the grounds over the last three years. Tamara provided information on the grant funds used to replace roofs and improve the carnival area. Doug Carey and Steve Walton discussed the water leaks and indicated they are continuing to address the issue with the City. Steve discussed the annexation process and timeline. Review Erik Martin discussed a feasibility study and long range planning. Tamara discussed funding options for the Fair and Facilities. Further discussion and detail will be provided at the budget meeting on January 30 in the BOCC Meeting room. Meeting ended at 5:00 pm.
