Commissioner Jackson said he spoke to Susan Otterness about
the Cemetery 9 vacancy. He said she is going to speak to the
current Cemetery 9 commissioner and then touch base with
him.
Lara McRea outlined a new process for approving minute
folders.
Commissioner Stamper said he would like the commissioners
to join the Destination Packwood program. Commissioner
Fund and Commissioner Jackson agreed.
Rieva Lester said parliamentarians from Tajikistan would like to meet with the commissioners at 10 a.m.
May 7. Commissioner Fund said she would be available.
Commissioner Fund gave a brief legislative update on matters state leaders are discussing.
Commissioner Jackson said he would be out of the office April 17 and 18.
The commissioners signed a letter recommending the George Washington Bicentennial Committee for
the David Douglas Award.
The group discussed their calendars.
Commissioner Jackson left at 9:35 a.m.
