Bill Teitzel gave an overview of the frequent non-compliant properties. See attachment.
The group discussed the property at 138 Shelton Road. Linda Wood stated the judge ruled in the
homeowners’ association favor. Bill Teitzel stated he plans to send someone to visit the property once
a week to document any changes to the meeting.
Bill further explained the current list of code violations.
