Commissioner Fund called the meeting to order.
At 12:03 p.m., Commissioner Fund announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 25 minutes to discuss pending litigation.
At 12:28 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 15 minutes.
At 12:45 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 10 minutes.
At 12:55 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 5 minutes.
At 1:00 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 3 minutes.
At 1:03 p.m., Executive Session ended. No decisions were made.
