Present: Commissioner Jackson, Commissioner Stamper, Commissioner Fund, Jonathan Meyer, Glenn
Carter, Ron Averill, and Todd Chaput

Todd Chaput discussed the proposed PFD Bond. He provided documentation to the Board regarding the
proposal. Todd then discussed the PFD Board priorities of finishing the building as well as a possible
expansion.
Jonathan Meyer expressed his concerns that the facility does not bring in funding back to the County.
