Commissioner Stamper made a motion to remove Resolution
18-059 from the day’s BOCC Business Meeting agenda.
Commissioner Fund seconded.
Motion passed 2-0.
Commissioner Fund discussed the recent WSAC board
meeting. She said counties are being asked to submit claims
for the ballot boxes.
Commissioner Stamper and Commissioner Fund discussed staggering the LTAC into two- and four- and
six-year terms for both the User and Provider groups. The commissioners said to give the newest
appointees the longest terms. The commissioners said to give those who’ve served the longest, Dan Kay
and CJ Neer, the two-year terms.
Commissioner Stamper discussed an opening on Pac Mountain.
Commissioner Stamper discussed his concerns with road standards. The commissioners said they would
further discuss it on Feb. 12.
Susan DeLaire left.
Commissioner Fund discussed personnel. She said the commissioners can indicate that the BOCC had
not been made aware of claims of sexual harassment.
Bob Bozarth joined at 9:46 a.m. Commissioner Stamper told Bob he is looking for feedback about county
Road Standards.
At 9:52 a.m., the commissioners recessed until 10:30 a.m.
At 10:46 a.m., the meeting resumed with Commissioners Fund and Stamper in attendance.
The commissioners discussed their calendars, including upcoming meetings with the PA’s office and the
Assessor’s Office.
Meeting ended at 11:15 a.m.
