Commissioner Jackson made a motion to add a resolution to adopt the WSDOT / APWA Standard
Specifications for Lewis County road and bridge construction contracts to the day’s agenda.
Commissioner Stamper seconded. Motion passed 3-0.
The commissioners approved moving forward with a PacketWriter revamp.
Commissioner Fund gave an update regarding boring holes at the proposed dam site.
Commissioner Fund said she’d like to speak with the PA’s office regarding surety bonds.
Commissioner Fund discussed her meeting with Robert Kraemer.
Commissioner Stamper discussed permitting questions regarding sites at Harmony Park. He said he has
encouraged Doyle to speak with the engineer.
Commissioner Fund discussed the Historic Preservation Fund and the need to highlight the history angle
on the White Pass Scenic Byway interpretive signs.
Commissioner Stamper addressed a citizen’s concerns regarding dump trucks in Toledo.
The commissioners discussed their calendars, including the Transportation Improvement Conference
scheduled for April 6.
Commissioner Jackson discussed the Benaroya / Mickelsen Parkway project in Winlock.
