Becky Butler discussed the need to address the reclassification
of an operator, who was promoted to a supervisor position in
911.
The group discussed the need for a fourth supervisor in 911.
Becky said the PAF will be corrected and then routed to the
commissioners. Archie said he would bring it to the board after
it’s updated.
Archie said he has reached out to Paulette Young about
working as a casual employee with travel reimbursements.
Becky discussed the budget as well as the county’s contract for the Tacoma Power dam. She noted that
CPI no longer exists. She suggested meeting with David Fine and Jonathan Meyer about renegotiating
the contract.
Becky said DNR sales are down.
Becky said money from Secure Rural Schools should total roughly $800,000 and should arrive around
June.
Becky discussed the ILA with BHO for the ITAs.
Becky discussed possible all-day budget meeting dates in September: 6th, 13th, and 27th.
The commissioners agreed to hold all-day budget meetings on Sept. 13, Sept. 27 and Oct. 3 (moving
Directors’ Update to 9 a.m. Oct. 2).
Becky said she would work with the new Risk manager for rates.
Becky said payment for the County Manager will need to be addressed.
Becky said she has reached out to the Prosecutor’s Office regarding costs estimates regarding costs
associated with the freeholder process.
