At 11:11, Commissioner Fund announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under RCW
42.30.110(1)(i) for 30 minutes to discuss pending litigation.
At 11:41 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 10 minutes.
Executive Session ended at 11:51 a.m. with Commissioner Fund, Commissioner Jackson, Commissioner
Stamper, Eric Eisenberg, Wayne Whiton, Becky Butler, Erik Martin and Paulette Young in attendance.
Commissioner Jackson made a motion to make an offer to Brian Green for $35,000 plus costs and
attorney’s fees incurred regarding case No. 18-2-01246-34.
Commissioner Stamper seconded.
Motion passed 3-0.
Commissioner Jackson made a motion to stipulate 359 records for 60 days, to narrow the dispute at the
penalty hearing, for Cortland and Green case number 17-2-5239-34. Commissioner Stamper seconded.
Motion passed 3-0.
