Commissioner Fund and Commissioner Stamper signed the
corrected version of Resolution 18-211.
Candy Hallom discussed changes to clean up the code book.
She said it would cost $2,000 to update the most recent
ordinances or $2,400 to clean up the entire book.
Commissioner Fund and Commissioner Stamper supported the
idea.
The commissioners discussed their calendars.
Candy left at 9:14 a.m.
Commissioner Stamper said he’d like to speak with Lee Napier and Erik Martin about the Lemmie
Rockford rock pit during the next Prosecutor’s Update at 2 p.m. July 17.
Commissioner Stamper said he wants to set up a time to come up with a response regarding South
Prairie Road.
Commissioner Fund gave an update on lodging tax distributions.
Rieva Lester gave an update on the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC) timeline. Commissioner
Stamper said he’d like to set up a meeting to discuss lodging tax.
Commissioner Fund said the county is discussing with EDC the possibility of having a grant writer on
staff.
