• AWC membership – BOCC approved for HR to join at $500. HR hopes to use exisiting monies. If
not, we will do a budget amendment.
Classification/Recruitment
• Airport Manager: Discussed the current situation. No decisions were made.
• Traffic Control Specialist update: Due to ISMA not having a valid testing procedure, BOCC
approved recommendation to promote qualified employees (who display the skill set) on a
tentative agreement. Once testing procedure becomes valid, if they fail the test they will be
moved back into their old pay grade.
• PA salary: BOCC approved the increase to salary.
• County Manager – free holder language, updated contract. BOCC also approved Martin’s
request for section 19 language.

• PAF Process: The County Manager will approve most PAF’s unless new position.
