At 4 p.m., Commissioner Fund announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under RCW
42.30.110(1)(i) for 15 minutes to discuss pending litigation regarding the freeholder election process.
At 4:15 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 5 minutes.
Executive Session ended at 4:20 p.m.
Cullen Gatten left at 4:23 p.m.
The commissioners further discussed the freeholder process.
Meeting adjourned at 4:45 p.m.
