Bid Award 2020-23 Debris Removal Project, County Project No. SW-CTS 20-23 BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF: RESOLUTION NO. 20-013
LISTING OF BIDS AND CONTRACTOR SELECTED FOR
THE 2020-2023 DEBRIS REMOVAL PROJECT,
COUNTY PROJECT NO. SW-CTS 20-23
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 19-349, a call for bids was issued on December 2,
2019 for the 2020-2023 Debris Removal Project, County Project No. SW-CTS 20-23; and
WHEREAS, bid quotations have been submitted from contractors as follows:

T-Jags Trucking, Rochester, WA $20,211.76
Brady Trucking Co., Shelton, WA $20,873.94
Rainier Wood Recyclers, Rainier, WA $32,351.80
WHEREAS, T Jags Trucking provided the lowest responsive bid quote of $20,211.76 for
the 2020-2023 Debris Removal Project, County Project No. SW-CTS 20-23.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the 2020-2023 Debris
Removal Project, County Project No. SW-CTS 20-23, in Lewis County shall be awarded to
T-Jags Trucking in the amount of $20,211.76 upon the execution of a contract
acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC). Upon presentation of such a
contract, the County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
