Adjust step dates for non-represented employees effective Jan. 1, 2020 BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF: RESOLUTION NO. 20-015
ADJUSTMENT TO STEP DATES FOR NON-
REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES BEGINNING 01/01/2020
WHEREAS, the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) adopted step
dates for non-represented employees effective March 12, 2018, through resolution
18-099; and
WHEREAS, due to the implementation of MUNIS and the change of payroll dates, the
BOCC wishes to adjust the step dates for non-represented employees; and
WHEREAS, non-represented employees who are hired the first (1st) of the month
through the fifteenth (15th) of the month shall have their step date recognized as the
first (1st) of the month, and non-represented employees who are hired from the
sixteenth (16th) of the month through the end of the same calendar month, shall have
their step date recognized as the sixteenth (16th) of the month.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Lewis County shall adjust the step dates
retrospectively for each non-represented employee listed herein, effective January 1,
2020.
