Site selector Jim Renzas, came to tour Lewis County to find a site(s) and negotiate incentives for industry
development.
Matt will be flying down to California in January to prospect bigger clients needing to transfer hopefully
to Lewis County.
Matt will be on the radio talking about Lewis County with radio show host Lou Desmond.
Looking to fill a 4,000 sq. ft. building in the Port of Chehalis. U-joint is going out of business.
Young Guns Northwest has moved as well as changed names to Evolve Prints (a division of Young Guns
Northwest).
Next year focus will be Smart Tank.
In the Winlock area, Benaroya has generated interest for large scale industry. Possible land-use issue
with a large church wanting to build in an industrial space. Matt would like to work with them to
possibly find another area more towards the town of Winlock.
Possible quick fix solutions for Rush Road traffic will be addressed in December
