Budget
Becky Butler said the informational meeting is scheduled for Nov. 14.
Human Resources
Erik Martin said he is working on a cost-neutral department reorganization for HR.
Central Services
Erik said the consultant will be here Dec. 10 to review the capital plan.
Public Works
Erik said Jack Niehuser, will respond to a constituent who wants a speed limit change on Bunker Creek
Road near an existing trailhead.
Erik said he will see if there is a list of projects in Lewis County that may be affected by the passage of I-
976.
Personnel
Erik said documents are being drafted related to a personnel matter.
Calendars / vacation schedule
Commissioner Jackson volunteered to be in the office Christmas Eve until 5 p.m., and Commissioner
Fund volunteered to be in the office New Year’s Eve until 5 p.m.
The group discussed closing the office at 3 or 4 p.m. and allowing staff to take vacation time for the
remainder of the day.
Erik said he would research whether there would be any Fair Labor Act ramifications.
Budget
The commissioners initialed memos regarding the previous week’s budget meetings.

The commissioners continued reviewing their calendars.
The group discussed training GIS is providing training to Assessor’s Office employees.
Commissioner Stamper discussed the upcoming closure of Cayouse Pass.
