Commissioner Jackson discussed a proclamation honoring Jan. 9, 2020, as Law Enforcement
Appreciation Day.
Josh Metcalf discussed the establishment of 2020 county road construction projects by County Forces.
Josh Metcalf discussed approving Master Interlocal Agreements between Lewis County and
municipalities in Lewis County and authorizing signatures thereon.
Becky Butler discussed approving a financial contribution agreement between Lewis County and Lewis
County Seniors organization for senior nutrition program support during calendar-year 2020.
Josh Metcalf discussed the bids received and contractor selected for the 2020 Graf Road MP 1.01
Culvert Replacement, CMP 1531.
Rieva Lester discussed approving a mileage rate change for Lewis County.
Commissioner Stamper made a motion to move one Presentation, two Consent items five Deliberation
items to the Monday, Jan. 6, 2020, BOCC agenda.
Commissioner Fund seconded the motion.
Motion passed 3-0.
Roundtable
Steve Walton said nine of 11 collective bargaining agreements are voting on contracts.
Erik Martin thanked the group for its help.
Daleyn Coleman reminded the group to post new employment-related banners.
JP Anderson thanked Steve Walton and Daleyn Coleman for their work on negotiations.
Steve Mansfield discussed the response to the recent flood event.
Commissioner Fund left at 9:30 a.m.
Steve Mansfield discussed emergency bags and the county’s response to a recent bomb threat.
Josh Metcalf discussed upcoming bids, etc. Josh said two consultants submitted proposals for the
Packwood floodplain study.
Commissioner Stamper said Secure Rural Schools and Payment in Lieu of Taxes funding has been
approved.
