The group went over the week’s calendar.
The group discussed changing the times for Board of Health and Solid Waste.
Rieva Lester asked if there would be any items for the ESC agenda. Commissioner Jackson discussed
adding Strategic Planning to the ESC agenda. He suggested using the most recent Strategic Plan (2012-
2015) as a springboard to create a new Strategic Plan. Commissioner Fund said she’d like to add the
state Legislature to the ESC agenda.
Commissioner Jackson made a motion to appoint Heather Stewart to the Lewis County PFD.
Commissioner Fund seconded the motion.
Motion passed 2-0.
The group discussed talking with Commissioner Stamper about Pac Mountain and Paradise Estates.
Commissioner Fund asked Candy to set up a Flood Authority follow-up with Glenn and Jay.
Candy Hallom discussed the benefit of using the LEAN process for public records, etc.
