Commissioner Fund made a motion to move two (2) Proclamations, three (3) Notices, eight (8) Consent
items, and one (1) Hearing to the Monday, April 10, BOCC agenda.
Commissioner Stamper seconded the motion.
Motion passed 2-0.
Roundtable
Steve Mansfield discussed an easement agreement. He also discussed a siren and Lewis County Alert
test planned for later in the day. He also discussed training taking place in 911. The group discussed
creating handouts for people camping downriver of the dam.
Lee Napier said Larry Mason will speak at the library over the weekend. Lee discussed a special-use
permit approved by the hearings examiner for Yates Road. She also discussed a development planned
for Jackson Highway as well as a pre-sub meeting regarding a project Greg Lund is working on.
The group discussed prox cards and IDs.
Paulette Young said she would be in Lewis County the following Tuesday.
Steve Wohld discussed Facebook account management and Spillman.
The group again discussed Riffe Lake.
Susan DeLaire left at 10:12 a.m.
Becky Butler urged the group to be conservative regarding budgeting. Becky also discussed training she
attended earlier in the week.
Commissioner Fund left at 10:21 a.m.
Becky discussed upcoming Risk Pool training available.
Commissioner Fund returned at 10:28 a.m.
Commissioner Fund said Let’s Talk About It has extended to the county an invitation to speak about any
programs, etc. She said she’d be in Olympia later in the day.
Commissioner Stamper discussed Secure Rural Schools.
