Becky Butler said the commissioners can do a budget amendment for Kim Amrine’s hours. Becky
discussed options for paying for the OPMA lawsuit, including staffing changes, donating salaries, and
using the savings from the open Budget position. Commissioner Stamper said he would contact Paulette
Young.
Commissioner Stamper, Commissioner Fund, and Commissioner Jackson named Rachel Hunt the PDR
point person.
Commissioner Fund discussed the George Washington Bicentennial request for funding.
The group discussed giving local governmental entities five minutes per entity for public comment
during the Legislative Roundtable.
Steve Walton told the board he has a meeting regarding Homeless Connect at the fairgrounds on Sept.
15.
