Budget
Becky Butler said she will have budget numbers to share during
the following day’s update.
Organizational memo approval
The commissioners reviewed, approved and signed a memo
regarding the county reorganization.
Resolution for property purchase
Erik Martin said the PA’s Office has recommending approving the McDaniel property purchase via
resolution.
Strategic Planning
Public meetings: Erik recommended the commissioners attend the Strategic Planning dialogue sessions
planned within their own districts. The commissioners agreed to do so.
Central Services
Fair master plan update: Erik discussed work being done on the Fair master plan and reviewed the
individuals helping with the process.
TO-DO LIST / RECAP
Staff: Add strategic planning
sessions to commissioners’
calendars.
Public Works
District 5 update: Erik said the county has provided a proposed agreement. He said District 5 will hold a
meeting later in the day and that the group’s agenda includes the hiring of an attorney.
Erik said the county is continuing to review the appropriate funding source for a potential takeover.

2019 statistics: Erik said the county received 871 records requests in 2019.
Community Development
Erik said the day’s meeting is being rescheduled for Jan. 7.
