Community Development 2019 permits: Erik discussed permits. Public Works update Water-Sewer District 5: Erik said the district has a meeting with its attorney Feb. 12. WSD5 moratorium: Erik discussed a request to create an interim solution in which individuals could submit permits (but not be issued permits) – or another creative solution – in expectation of an end to the moratorium. The commissioners directed him to move forward with exploring a creative solution. Erik noted that he will meet with Water District 2 on Feb. 11. Colton Dodgson left at 11:34 a.m. Public Health and Social Services update Housing RFP: JP Anderson said the Public Health and Social Services Advisory Committee met the previous week to outline goals, funding, plans and creating an RFP for housing and essential needs. JP left at 11:43 a.m. Public Works Erik said he is looking into how to fund the proposed takeover, including using REET money to create a loan with deferred payments and a planned re-amortization. Steve Wohld discussed work on Internal Services, including job vacancies. Meeting ended at 11:49 a.m.
