At 11:37 a.m., Commissioner Stamper announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 5 minutes to discuss Cortland / Hupy / Green litigation.
Executive Session ended at 11:42 a.m. Commissioner Stamper noted that no decisions had been made.
Commissioner Fund made a motion to publish the results of the Cortland / Hupy / Green law library
case.
Commissioner Stamper seconded.
Motion passed 2-0.
