the bids received and contractor selected for the 2020 rock purchase.
Commissioner Stamper seconded.
Motion passed 2-0.
Greg Peterson left at 9:08 a.m. Arny Davis arrived and then left at 9:08 a.m.
Erik Martin said the county has three new COVID-19 cases and its first confirmed COVID-19 death.
Erik discussed the proposed contract for Rachel Tiller, which the commissioners had been poised to pass
via resolution later in the day. Erik said the resolution was held because Rachel submitted an additional
request after the commissioners had approved the contract for resolution. He said she is requesting paid
vacation.
The commissioners said they would like to wait to further review Rachel’s additional requests.
The group discussed a letter Commissioner Stamper sent to Gov. Inslee’s office regarding listing “new
build” construction as essential services.
