Appoint Ross Petersen to Public Facilities District (PFD) Board of Directors BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

APPPOINT ROSS PETERSEN RESOLUTION 20-186
TO THE PUBLIC FACILITIES DISTRICT(PFD)
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, Todd Chaput has resigned from the Lewis County Public Facilities District (PFD)
Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, Ross Petersen of Boistfort has expressed a willingness and desire to serve on the
PFD; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best public interest to appoint qualified members to the PFD Board of
Directors.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners
hereby appoints Ross Petersen to serve the remainder of Todd Chaput's unexpired term on the
PFD Board of Directors; and
BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED that Ross Petersen's term will run through April 1, 2021.
