At 10:01 a.m., Commissioner Jackson announced that the Board would be going into Executive Session
for 15 minutes to discuss property purchases related to Water-Sewer District 5 (under RCW
42.30.110[1][b]) and Blau v. the State Department of Health and Lewis County (under RCW
42.30.110[1][i]). Executive session started at 10:03 a.m.
At 10:18 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 3 minutes.
At 10:21 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 1 minute.
Executive Session ended at 10:22 a.m. Commissioner Jackson noted that no decisions had been made.
