Commissioner Stamper and the group noted that the agenda contained a typo and that the correct RCW
under which the board was going into Executive Session was 42.30.110(1)(i), not 43.20.110(1)(i).
At 11:02 a.m., Commissioner Stamper announced that the Board would be going into Executive Session
under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 20 minutes (to discuss pending or potential litigation related to a public
records request and Jamie Beenen v. Skydive Toledo, et al). Executive session began at 11:04 a.m.
At 11:24 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 5 minutes.
Executive Session ended at 11:29 a.m. Commissioner Stamper noted that no decisions had been made.
Commissioner Fund made a motion that the Board of County Commissioners waive attorney client
privilege on a limited number of documents for which Commissioner Jackson publicly spoke about the
contents of the advice.
Commissioner Jackson seconded.
Motion passed 3-0.
