Upon learning that there were technical difficulties for the Zoom broadcast of the meeting,
Commissioner Fund exited the meeting, eliminating the quorum.
The group opted to postpone the meeting until July 8 to ensure any members of the public wishing to
attend the meeting remotely could do so.
Meeting adjourned 4:16 p.m.
